The practice of SUCO began in 2016 in South Africa, where Jamie Beron started his research into a new kind of ritual — one that would offer a revolutionary form of wellbeing accessible to everyone, regardless of background or experience.
Over seven years of practice across multiple yoga disciplines, Jamie evolved SUCO into what it is today: an expert combination of immersive guided meditation and curated electronic music, designed to meet the mind exactly where it is — in motion. The body moves whilst the mind calms down.

The Method
Traditional meditation asks us to be still — yet our minds are rarely still. SUCO meets the mind where it naturally is: in movement. Gentle, guided physical motion allows the nervous system to soften, and the mind to genuinely quiet. No experience required. No performance asked of anyone.
Each session is accompanied by Jamie's carefully curated electronic music, delivered through wireless headsets for a fully personal and immersive sound experience. The music guides the energy of the group through distinct phases — from grounding to expansive joy — without requiring a single word of explanation.

How It Works
We begin with a conversation between you, Agape, and Jamie — understanding the spirit of your wedding, the size and nature of your guest group, and the intentions you hold for the day. Every session is designed around your specific celebration, never repeated or templated.
Jamie creates a bespoke sound journey and movement sequence calibrated to your guests and your venue. The duration, energy arc, and music selection are all tailored — whether you envision a gentle, contemplative opening or a more uplifting, celebratory experience.
Wireless headsets are distributed to every guest. Jamie guides the session live — combining spoken meditation, breathwork cues, and the curated music journey. The session typically runs 20 to 45 minutes and can be scheduled as a pre-ceremony experience, a cocktail interlude, or a post-dinner celebration.
